Ida Dandridge Bates was a visionary. She was Moy Tung’s mother, as well as our Si Tai. Her dedication to education, to God, and to community were unparalleled. In her family, in her church, in her schools, and in her neighborhoods, she never failed to make wholehearted and deeply valuable contribution.

Si Tai and her life have inspired and will continue to inspire us, as women and as practitioners of Ving Tsun Kung Fu. We dedicate this page to her as a way to express our love, gratitude, and admiration for all that she stood for, and for all that she was.
