Free Women's Self-Defense Seminar - RVA Sat, Jan 14 from 12-3p
The Richmond Moy Yat Kung Fu Academy is hosting a free women's self-defense seminar on Saturday, January 14 from 12-3pm. Richmond-area women are encouraged to come and learn authentic Ving Tsun (wing chun) Kung Fu martial arts training for self-defense.
The Ving Tsun Kung Fu system was designed by a Buddhist nun from the Shaolin Temple and a young woman she befriended, Yim Ving Tsun. Proven effective for over 300 years, Ving Tsun Kung Fu does not rely on size or strength. It's one of the most popular martial arts in the world today.
Learn how to win fights in the real world, where there are no rules, where your attacker will likely be bigger and stronger, and you may even be outnumbered. What you learn could save your life if you're ever attacked - on the street or in your home.
Ving Tsun Kung Fu training develops fighting skill - and with the training comes confidence, discipline and great health and fitness. Plus, training is fun, relaxed and informal. Come to this seminar and meet instructors and students - real women, just like you. Do some genuine kung fu training and find out how it can benefit you.
The free Women's Self-Defense seminar will be held on Sat, Jan 14 from 12-3pm at 1324 W. Main St., Richmond, VA 23220. Call 804-497-7555 or email VTWomen@kungfurichmond.com for more info and to register. You may also contact us and register on our Facebook Event page.
